The shipments of orders take again at Artoyz!

As you all, we follow each government directive very closely to fight COVID-19. To follow the health and economic recommendations we need to adapt as and when; that is why we are delighted to teach you that we can resume shipments of your orders ! But this is obviously under certain conditions:

Deliveries can not - be done that with Colissimo and Chronopost. La Poste has indeed reduced its service and closed many sorting centers because many agents have been affected by the virus. On the other hand, their number has been voluntarily diminished to reduce contacts, especially in post offices and sorting centers.

We have established Collection of parcels twice a week, Wednesday and Friday. This impacts a longer shipping time. You will need to be a little more patient than usual because in addition to longer and unsecured routing times or chronopost (it is currently the same for all transport actors).

Parcels are shipped on Wednesdays and Friday mornings at 10:30. The last orders prepared for the delivery of the day are those of the day before 13h. Beyond your order will be shipped the next start day.
