The Brazilian duo will be there until February 2021
Os Gêmeos or the "twins", is a duo of Brazilian artists who have made stree art one of their major disciplines with installations, making them pass to a creation in 3D. To give everyone the opportunity to explore their world, the Pinacoteca de São Paulo is devoting a very large exhibition to them until 2021. So yes we know that the time is not yet to travel but who knows, you may have be the opportunity to get there. Named Segredos (secrets), this exhibition brings together more than 1000 objects - some of which have never been seen in Brazil - but also others that you will surely recognize.
Composed as a retrospective, Segredos exhibition offers the duo the opportunity to invest 7 rooms in the Pinacoteca de São Paulo, thus echoing their creations in the public space, whether they are commissions or pure street art. Os Gêmeos' creations want to be accessible to all by playing with elements of space and everyday life, such as creating the bodies of their famous yellow characters from silos in Vancouver, for example. Between dream and reality, Os Gêmeos is presented through works from their artistic birth to more recent ones. An initiatory journey between colors and volumes, the Segredos d'Os Gêmeos exhibition at the São Paulo Pinacoteca is a must-see that can be partly seen on the museum's account.
