NASTY began graffiti in 1988 in Paris. In early 1990, along with a handful of other Graffiti-artists, he distinguished himself by painting colorful murals on trains. We find his name in the tunnels of the Rapt, on the quays of the Seine, along the railways and on the trains of the Paris metro. His underground activity has made him a benchmark for current generations. At the same time, he participated in many advertising projects or made some toys with Kidrobot and Toy2R.
In his exhibitions, Nasty features the famous enamel plaques from the Paris metro which he has been using for some fifteen years. Thanks to its original media, his work stands out at auctions dedicated to urban art, notably at Artcurial and Drouot.
