3 toy photographers to follow !

1 - Tatsuya Tanaka

Launched on the front of the stage in 2018 thanks to his Instagram account transformed into a calendar, the Japanese artist Tatsuya Tanaka creates miniatures of characters that he puts on stage with everyday objects. From the pie shovel to the glass or the toothbrush, he transforms his surroundings into an artistic set-up in which everyday characters or icons of pop culture take place.
We find in particular the heroes of Dragon Ball, those of Marvel with Spider-Man or Dr Strange but also Disney with these dear Jasmine and Aladdin on their... playing flying card. Don't need to be imaginative, everything is so well thought out that everyone would believe that's the original decor. Tatsuya Tanaka thinks everything from A to Z, also diverting food to create the most mimetic material possible. Admit that you would never have thought of cabbage to make a sail or waves...

2 - Duane Shoots Toys

Photographer and pop culture enthusiast, Duane Perera becomes influential on Instagram with his account Duane Shoots Toys in which Darth Vader, Rangers, Thanos or Iron-Man have a simple life like ours with bluffing realism.
Staging art toys in real life with bluffing realism is the way for this 80's ans 90's enthousiast showing his hobbies : video games, figurines, hip hop music or others pop culture themes. Does that not remind you of something ? Toy Story, of course. More news than ever, Duane Shoots Toys gives us a smile with funny situations but terribly great. We see our youth icons with our youth toys - we saw you with your PlayDoh Vader! - or in everyday situations like buying vyniles; as Stormtroopers do. Special mention to Superman cleaning up home when Batman drinks his beer on the couch.

3 - Noserain

Amazing! Richee's work is rich in pop references. With a solid community on Instagram in particular, this toy photographer with 50,000 subscribers officiates in Washington. Always very controlled, the photos of Noserain have this kind of smoked filter which gives a strangely attractive atmosphere to his photos.
Convening references to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as well as characters from the Star Wars saga, Noserain delights us with his licked compositions. Scenes so detailed that you would think they were taken from films. Special mention to its composition for The Mandalorian. Thanks to him, we find a few of our heroes in a daily newspaper that we know by heart. Sublimated by Noserain's work, the figurines used take on another dimension.
