Calculation of port costs

When ordering, port costs are calculated automatically according to your basket and the items it contains.

Whatever the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible a link that will allow you to follow the delivery of your package online. This link is available in "your account".

We take a special care to pack your package and protect it in order to avoid any problem when transporting your order. If however you notice a problem upon receipt of your package (damaged figurine, non -compliant product), please contact us immediately.

Boxes and packaging

Note that a damaged packaging or box will be a reason for reimbursement or return of the package.

In order to reduce our impact on the environment, we do not send you any paper bill. When ordering you will receive an email containing the invoice in PDF file that you can download and save. Imprint only if necessary.

Please note: the delivery times are given as an indicative basis, they do not in any case constitute a commitment from Artoyz and in the event of exceeding the delivery period, this may not be enough for the reimbursement of delivery costs.
