Medicom does not make drugs, but rather toys of all kinds.
This Japanese company, created in 1996, is today one of the most respected and it has greatly contributed to the renewal of the kingdom of the toy through new series and concepts: the Kubrick, Be@Rbrick, the 400% and 1000 % and exclusive licenses (Lucas, Disney, etc.) made their fame.
Today undisputed leader in a certain category of toys For adults, they reshaped their site to make it a superb window with lots of images everywhere.
I see you coming, but shopping is exclusively reserved for our Japanese friends!

Futura Strikes Again
Presented at the Toycon, this Futura Umbrella figurine will not be available until April, but allow me to insist on the fact that the more we see future, the more we want!
This Kubrick Ultra design Mi red, Mi black is also delivered with two small red and black photographers that we do not see in the photo.
Poster or true star? It's up to you, for us this Futura Umbrella still opens a new path in the Designer toys And proves to us once again that 2004 will be rich in small wonders like this!
Speaker Kill Bill
You had discovered on Artoyz the Speakers Jason Siu, who are 40 cm figurines whose head is a real speaker, here is a new series of speakers with a whole new design.
In addition to the orange and kappa versions presented at the Winter Toycon, Jason Siu puts the cover with an ultra limited series of speakers in the colors of Uma Thurman in Kill Bill (or Bruce Lee in The Game of Death if you have detected the Tarentino film).
An ultra -limited version with 50 copies that you can find soon on Artoyz.
Malus by Bonustoyz
Malus is a figurine imagined by Mist, the French graffiti artist, and it is also the first reference of Bonustoyz. A Kubrick Malus is being produced and should arrive in stride.

Toycon winter 2003
For lovers of Designer toys And urban figurines, the Toycon is one of the most important events in the world.
It takes place at each season in Hong Kong and this is an opportunity for creators and manufacturers to present their new creations to the public, but also to sell special variants of already marketed series (obviously very rare and very popular with collectors).
In addition to the long -awaited presentation of the Crazychildren 21 - 30 by Michael Lau, here are the creators that visitors will be able to meet:
Michael Lau (Crazy Smiles); Eric So; Brothers Free; COLAN HO; Jason Siu; Pal Wong: Pazo Art (New Figurine) James Jay 12'-Hongkong Ver; MA.K; Steven House; Da Team Bronx (new visual dapeing figurine opposite); Flying Cat ...
The Japanese illustrator Touma will be present on the 1st day of the festival for a signing session.
Vanimal zoo: mini pearls
If there is a series of mini who agrees, it is the vanimal zoo developed by Sony Creative Products in Japan.
These are figurines with a "animal" aspect whose watchword is the V: varied, virtual, visionary, and vital.
Already present in the Zoo Les Space Monkeys of Dalek, the Baseman's Dances of Gary Baseman but also the totem Pals of Tim Biskup, here is that the series of Hellcatz imagined by the Japanese ultra creative team of Devilrobots.
Devilrobots are already responsible for the Tofu series (small characters with a square head in the shape of a tofu that makes an absolute cardboard in Japan) and many others toys, discover their very well fucked up jap site to this address.
Toyfair: New York Style!
If the Japanese and the Hong Kong are largely guanded in terms of a slightly pointed toy fair (HK Toycon, and Japan Plug-in Toycon), it is clear that the USA were a bit lagging behind. They have now caught up since during the last Toyfair which took place from 15 to 19 February 2004 in New York, pliers shops and manufacturers gathered in order to offer the public in mass the most refreshing creations at the toy level, and plus especially Designer toys Since this is what interests us here.
Our friends from Strangeco have particularly represented the phenomenon, since they have enabled many American, European or Australian creators to exhibit their new creations.
This is how new toys by James Jarvis/Amos toys, Mars-1, Nathan Jurevicius/Scarygirl were presented for some for the first time to the public.
Note that Strangeco in association with the very good magazine Super7magazine will release a series called Neo Kaiju Project with creators such as Gary Baseman and Tim Biskup, visit the site For more information on this original series to say the least.
Were also presented at the Toyfair the uglydolls in 6 ’’ vinyl stamped Critterbox Who also presented us with a good package of creations including the Smoking Cat by Kaz that you can see on the image.
