The Water Parade by AllRightsReserved is a world first: this event gathered many pop culture enthusiasts around Victoria Harbour in Hong Kong. The parade was divided into two parts: on one side, four intellectual properties — including the iconic Elmo redesigned by KAWS — floated across the water as giant inflatable balloons from Kowloon to Hong Kong. At the same time, a pop-up market with shops, food stalls, games, and photo spots was open for eight days.
