Another threat hangs over the friedman grocery store: Sixteen, Vickie and the Homeboys want the skin of Ellis One, whom they deem responsible for all their misfortunes. On the side of the R.O.H., the battle against the bulldozers continues, but the situation will take a tragic and unexpected tour which will force Washington to question itself.
