Sushio The Idol

Sushio is a Japanese host and illustrator Who started his career as an animator at the Gainax studio by working on their famous television animation series Neon Genesis Evangelion (1995). After having drawn animations for many animated series and renowned films such as One Piece, he produced in 2013 the design Characters from the International Success Success series Kill La Kill who led him to the top of his career.

This book presents notable works by Kill La Kill, Gurren Lagann, Momoiro Clover Z, as well as an illustration of anime Matsuri 2015 panel, his work abroad for an annual anime agreement held in Texas. But also the illustrations of Akira de Sushio: two original illustrations representing the Imaginary post-Akira world, which was officially approved by Katsuhiro Otomo himself, and two illustrations from the tribute book of Otomo.
