Spider-Man, a.k.a. Peter Parker, is an iconic character in the Marvel universe, created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko.

Bitten by a radioactive spider, this young student acquires extraordinary powers. Using his genius for science, he designs web-shooters and adopts the Spider-Man mask to fight crime in New York, guided by his belief that "with great power comes great responsibility".
