New In ! Bill McMullen x Munky King' SuperStar Destroyer

Bill McMullen has used his personal references to imagine this figure of just over 10 inches, once on its base, named SuperStar Destroyer. If you are passionate about pop culture, you will find with a pleasure - not guilty - the universe of Star Wars and that of Adidas. A juxtaposition of which only Bill McMullen and Munky King have the secret because the result, presented as a prototype at DesignerCon 2016, is really cool.

Bill McMullen is a mash-up specialist; remember his AD-AT which took again an AT-AT (kind of tank with 4 legs) and a Superstar of Adidas or of his R2-D2 transformed into ... ghetto blaster!

We're therefore witnessing the aesthetic encounter of the Star Wars Super Destroyer, seen for the first time in 1977 in the foreground in Star Wars Episode IV: the new hope, and the Adidas Superstar.

And the codes related to these references are there: ship in all its details, the 3 bands and the shell tip of the Superstar and the largesse of the laces that comes from the Fresh style dear to the hip-hop singers in the 90's. But if, remember Will Smith in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air ...
As for the timing, it's perfect as the Adidas Superstar turns 50 this year when the last Star Wars -Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker- comes out in December.

Of course, it would'nt have the same flavor if you did not find a card signed by Bill McMullen in the box of SuperStar Destroyer!

The good news ? It is already available on our website. Remember that it is published only 400 pieces in the world.
