Released on February 15, 2007, Naruto Shippuden is the sequel to Naruto. The anime is produced by Hayato Date and has no fewer than 500 episodes. This second part begins two and a half years after the first, when friends Naruto, Sasuke and young Sakura have each completed their ninja apprenticeships.
