1000% Bearbrick Bakabon Papa

Created by Fujio Akatsuka, Bakabon Papa is one of the protagonists of the Tensai Bakabon series, accompanied by his equally crazy son Bakabon. The character is inspired by the author's father, named Toshichi Akatsuka. Medicom Toy offers here an adaptation of the Japanese anime in a 1000% version, almost as big as the real thing!

He is recognizable by his headband and his very marked facial features, as well as his outfit which changes only very rarely. Devoid of common sense and often referred to as stupid, he is nonetheless endearing. According to Akatsuka, this is his favorite character to draw, first appearing in 1971.
