Tour Paris 13 is an extraordinary ephemeral project which has enabled 105 artists of 18 nationalities to express themselves on the facades and inside a nine -story tower in the heart of Paris. In this book-event, Mehdi Ben Cheikh, on the initiative of this project and founder of the Itinerrance gallery, guides you, floor upstairs, in this tower that has become legendary and today destroyed.
