The product may be subject to changes in delivery times but very rarely to cancellations. The date announced on the product sheet is therefore not a fixed date but an estimate. This is why pre-orders are non-refundable. The amount can however be transformed into a voucher valid for 6 months.

In the event of changes in delivery times, you will receive an email informing you. The estimated delivery date is also updated directly on the product sheet. You will also be informed as soon as your product is delivered.
